Prenatal Education

I offer private prenatal education and birth preparation classes designed to help families feel informed, confident, and prepared for labour, birth, and the early postpartum period. With my background as a labour and delivery nurse and experience teaching group prenatal classes, I bring both clinical knowledge and a supportive, down-to-earth approach to every session.

You can choose the format that works best for you:

• One 2-hour session – $150 CAD
  A focused overview of labour, birth, and early postpartum basics.

• Two 2-hour sessions (4 hours total) – $250 CAD
  A more in-depth experience with time to explore topics such as pain management, partner support, decision-making during birth, and newborn care.

 

Each class is tailored to your unique needs and preferences and is offered virtually, so you can participate from the comfort of your home.

 

All sessions include:

✔️ Ongoing email support until your birth
